1. Description of Service

Send a Free Fax provides an internet-based solution allowing users to scan and transmit digital documents to destination fax numbers worldwide via mobile devices.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use Send a Free Fax.
• Account-Free Usage: You may use single-send fax features without creating an account.
• Registered Accounts: If you create an account or subscribe to a plan, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

• Billing: Subscriptions and in-app credits are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective payment terms.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation:You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. You will retain access to subscriber features through the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds:All purchases, refunds, and payment disputes are governed by Apple's or Google's platform refund policies.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Send a Free Fax to:

• Send unsolicited bulk faxes, commercial advertisements, or junk fax transmissions (spam) in violation of applicable laws (such as the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act or international equivalents).
• Transmit any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights.
• Send another person's protected personal, financial, or healthcare information without explicit legal authorization to do so.
• Attempt to bypass, compromise, or disrupt our systems, security protocols, or network infrastructure.

5. User Content & Data Transmission

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of all documents, images, and text uploaded or transmitted via Send a Free Fax.
• Limited License: You grant us a strictly limited, non-exclusive license to process, encode, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering your fax to the recipient.
• Temporary Processing: In accordance with our Privacy Policy, document files are processed temporarily and are automatically and permanently purged from our transmission servers once delivery is completed or permanently fails.

6. Delivery Disclaimer & Service Availability

• Transmission Factors: We strive to deliver every fax promptly and provide delivery confirmations. However, successful delivery depends on third-party telecommunications networks, recipient fax machine availability, and line conditions beyond our control.
• No Guarantee:We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or instantaneous transmission. For time-sensitive filings or legal deadlines, we strongly advise verifying final delivery status within your app's Fax History.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• "As-Is" Provision: Send a Free Faxis provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Face Meet Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Send a Free Fax immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or fraudulent activity. You may discontinue using Send a Free Fax at any time.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Send a Free Fax following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
